Non-surgical buttock enhancement ("non-surgical BBL")
More volume, projection and firmness without implants and without surgery. Body hyaluronic acid (UPmax, Sofiderm) is a filler: it gives volume and projection on the same day. Lipocube: your own fat, moved to where it is missing
Dr. Thiago's protocol using the Lipocube platform grafts your own fat. Up to about 250 mL is harvested from where there is excess — abdomen, flanks, thighs —, in a harvest closer to a mini-liposuction than to traditional liposuction. The fat is processed in a closed system into microfat, for volume, and nanofat, for skin quality, and grafted where volume is missing, such as the buttock. For skin on the abdomen, arms and thighs that has become thin, crepey or lax — after pregnancy, after weight loss, including with Mounjaro (tirzepatide) or Ozempic (semaglutide), or simply with age.
